The present invention relates to a structure base unit and a method for constructing a structure using the same, and the purpose of the present invention is to secure structural stability of a structure by providing excellent durability, strength, and corrosion resistance of a base part that is in charge of a base of the structure. The structure base unit in accordance with the present invention, comprises the base part which is installed on a fixing part buried in the ground, and forms the structure on an upper part protruding from the ground.
본 발명은 건축물 기초장치 및 이를 이용한 건축물 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 건축물의 기초를 담당하는 기초부의 내구성 및 강도가 우수하며 쉽게 부식 않도록 하므로서, 건축물이 구조적으로 안정성을 확보할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 건축물 기초장치는, 지중에 매설되는 정착부에 설치되며 지상으로 돌출되는 상부에 건축물을 구성하는 벽체부가 결합되는 기초부를 포함한다.
