MANHOLE COVER HAVING IMPROVED WATERTIGHTNESS
Disclosed is a manhole cover with improved watertightness. A manhole cover according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a frame forming a manhole opening; a cover mounted to cover the manhole opening; and an elastic member inserted between the frame and the cover. The frame includes a longitudinal supporting unit supporting the cover and a transverse supporting unit formed into a shape corresponding to the cover to receive the cover along the outer circumference of the cover. The elastic member is inserted between the cover and the transverse supporting unit. A manhole cover including a cover, a frame, and an elastic member according to a partial embodiment of the present invention is capable of preventing a water leakage by maximizing watertightness, thereby protecting expensive cables and electronic equipment installed inside a manhole from rainwater, running water, and the like. In addition, the effects of making a process of checking defects of the elastic member (300) remarkably easier than an existing technology and conveniently performing a process of replacing the elastic member (300) without separating the cover (100) are obtained. Furthermore, the manhole cover is capable of providing not only an effect of preventing the water leakage, but also the effects of preventing noise due to external impact and preventing the separation of the cover by sealing the cover with the frame.
수밀성이 향상된 맨홀커버가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일측면에 따른 맨홀커버는 맨홀 개구부를 형성하는 프레임; 맨홀 개구부를 덮도록 장착되는 덮개; 및 프레임과 덮개 사이에 삽입되는 탄성 부재를 포함한다. 프레임은 덮개를 지지하는 종지지부 및 덮개를 수용하도록 덮개에 대응하는 형상으로 덮개의 외주면을 따라 형성된 횡지지부를 구비하고, 탄성 부재는 덮개와 횡지지부 사이에 삽입되도록 구성된다. 본 발명의 일부 실시예에 따른 덮개, 프레임 및 탄성 부재를 포함하는 맨홀커버는 수밀성을 극대화하여 누수를 방지할 수 있어, 맨홀 내에 설치된 고가의 케이블 및 전자장비를 우수, 유수 등으로부터 보호할 수 있다. 또한, 탄성 부재(300)의 불량을 확인하는 과정이 종래 기술에 비해 월등히 용이해지며, 탄성 부재(300)를 교체하는 과정 또한 덮개(100)의 분리 없이 편리하게 수행될 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 더 나아가,덮개가 프레임에 대하여 밀봉됨으로써 누수 방지뿐만 아니라 외부 충격에 의한 소음을 방지하고 덮개의 이탈을 방지하는 효과도 제공할 수 있다.

Disclosed is a manhole cover with improved watertightness. A manhole cover according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a frame forming a manhole opening; a cover mounted to cover the manhole opening; and an elastic member inserted between the frame and the cover.
