MANHOLE-PUT-OBJECT FOR INSERT, AND MANHOLE-SUPPORT-PART INSERTED THE MANHOLE-PUT-OBJECT, AND MANUFACTURE METHOD OF THE MANHOLE-SUPPORT-PART
The present invention relates to an insertable manhole insertion body, a manhole support member with the same inserted thereinto, and a manufacturing method thereof. First, the insertable manhole insertion body is inserted into an upper manhole support member (an upper plate) into which an upper side of a manhole body is inserted to insert the manhole body, has a ring structure of an n-shaped cross section whose lower side is opened to insert the upper side of the manhole body thereinto, and comprises a main body outer surface contact portion to come in contact with an outer surface of the manhole body, a main body inner surface contact portion to come in contact with an inner surface of the manhole body, and a main body end contact portion to come in contact with an upper end of the manhole body. A gap between the main body outer surface contact portion and the main body inner surface contact portion becomes narrower towards the main body end contact portion to forcibly insert the manhole body. A plurality of insertion body fixing protrusions protrude from an outer surface of the main body end contact portion. A lower side of the main body inner surface contact portion is inserted into an insertable gasket to seal a gap between the inner surface of the manhole body and the main body inner surface contact portion. A manhole support member manufactured by the manufacturing method of a manhole support member which prepares and arranges an insertable manhole insertion body, and the manhole support member with an insertable manhole insertion body inserted thereinto facilitate insertion of a manhole body, improve watertightness, and prevent the manhole insertion body from moving and escaping.
본 발명은, 인서트용 맨홀끼움체 및 이 맨홀끼움체가 인서트된 맨홀받침부재 및 이 맨홀받침부재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 먼저 인서트용 맨홀끼움체는 맨홀본체의 상측이 끼움되는 상부 맨홀받침부재(상판)에 인서트 되어 맨홀본체가 끼워지는 것이며, 맨홀본체의 상측이 내부로 끼워지도록, 하측으로 개방된 유('ㅠ')자 단면의 링 구조이되, 맨홀본체의 외면과 접하는 본체외면접촉부분, 맨홀본체의 내면과 접하는 본체내면접촉부분, 맨홀본체의 상단과 접하는 본체일단접촉부분으로 형성되고, 여기서, 본체외면접촉부분과 본체내면접촉부분의 간격은 본체일단접촉부분으로 갈수록 좁아져 맨홀본체가 억지끼움되도록 형성되며, 본체일단접촉부분 외면에 돌출된 끼움체고정돌기가 다수개 형성되고, 본체내면접촉부분의 하측이 내부로 끼워져 맨홀본체 내면과 본체내면접촉부분 사이를 밀봉하는 인서트용 개스킷이 구성되며, 인서트용 맨홀끼움체가 준비되고 배치되는 맨홀받침부재 제조방법으로 제조된 맨홀받침부재 및 인서트용 맨홀끼움체가 인서트된 맨홀받침부재는 맨홀본체의 끼움이 용이하고, 수밀성이 향상되며, 맨홀끼움체의 유동 및 이탈이 방지되는 특징이 있다.

The present invention relates to an insertable manhole insertion body, a manhole support member with the same inserted thereinto, and a manufacturing method thereof.
