BUCKET TEETH OF EXCAVATORS AND METHOD FOR COATING THE BUCKET TEETH
Bucket teeth of an excavator, according to an embodiment of the present invention, are coated as follows. The surfaces of the bucket teeth of the excavator are preheated. Nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder is sprayed and coated on the preheated surfaces of the bucket teeth. And then, the surfaces of the bucket teeth are treated with heat at a temperature higher than or equal to the melting point of the nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder to form a nickel-based self-fluxing alloy coating layer on the surface of the bucket teeth. Therefore, the present invention improves the hardness and abrasion resistance of the bucket teeth.
일 실시예에 따른 굴삭기의 버킷 티스는, 상기 굴삭기의 버킷 티스 표면이 예열된 다음, 니켈계 자용성 합금 분말로 용사 코팅되고, 상기 니켈계 자용성 합금 분말의 녹는점 이상 온도로 후열 처리되어, 표면에 니켈계 자용성 합금 코팅층이 형성될 수 있다.
