MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SINTERED BODY AND CERAMIC SCISSORS USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sintered body and ceramic scissors manufactured using the same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: preparing raw materials containing zirconia and a binder; mixing the raw materials; preparing a molding frame; filling the molding frame with the mixed raw materials; pressing the raw materials filled in the molding frame to form a molded body, wherein a protrusion is protruded along the edge of at least one surface of the molded body; withdrawing the molded body from the molding frame, and sintering the molded body in a heating furnace to prepare a sintered body; and polishing the sintered body. Therefore, the sintered body can be transformed into a desired shape, and when the sintered body manufactured by the method above is used to manufacture scissors, the assembling ability and durability can be improved.
본 발명은 소결체 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 세라믹 가위에 관한 것으로서, 지르코니아와 결합제를 포함하는 원료를 마련하는 과정; 상기 원료를 혼합하는 과정; 성형틀을 마련하는 과정; 상기 혼합된 원료를 상기 성형틀에 충진하는 과정; 상기 성형틀에 충진된 원료를 가압하여 성형체를 형성하되, 상기 성형체의 적어도 일면 가장자리 영역을 따라 돌출형성되는 단턱을 형성하는 과정; 상기 성형체를 상기 성형틀에서 인출하고, 상기 성형체를 가열로에서 소결하여 소결체를 제조하는 과정; 및 상기 소결체를 연마하는 과정;을 포함하여, 소결체를 원하는 형상으로 변형시킬 수 있고, 이와 같은 방법으로 제조된 소결체를 이용하여 가위를 제조하는 경우 조립성 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
