GUIDE TUBE FACILITATING INSERTION OF STEEL PIPE PILE AND WALLED STEEL PIPE PILE CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a guiding pipe used in an installation method for a wall steel pipe. Specifically, the present invention is to a guiding pipe facilitating the insertion of a steel pipe. The steel pipe installed on the placed ground can be installed by being guided into a first hollow unit formed in a body so that the multiple steel pipes are vertically installed. The guiding pipe guides a connection body formed in the steel pipe penetrating and inserted in the first hollow unit by a first cutting unit so that the connection unit is vertically inserted into an insertion hole formed on the other steel pipe penetrating and inserted into a second hollow unit by a second cutting unit. So, the multiple steel pipes installed on the ground can be vertically installed to each other. According to the present invention, the guiding pipe facilitating the insertion of the steel pipe is formed in a column shape with a predetermined length, wherein an upper part and a lower part are open. The guiding pipe has: the first hollow unit formed in order for the steel pipe to be inserted inside; a pipe-shaped body having the first cutting unit with the predetermined intervals on the outer surface in the longitudinal direction; and an extension member connected to the first cutting unit to be connected to the body in the longitudinal direction, wherein a joint unit formed in the steel pipe penetrates and is inserted into the extension member. The joint unit includes: the insertion hole protruding from one side of the steel pipe; and the connection body formed on the other side of the steel pipe and protruding to be connected to the other steel pipe.
본 발명은 벽강관 설치공법에 사용되는 안내관에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 타설된 지면에 설치되는 강관이 몸체에 형성된 제1중공부에 안내되어 설치가능하도록 하여 다수의 강관들이 서로 수직하게 설치될 수 있으며, 제1절개부를 통해 제1중공부에 관통삽입되는 강관에 형성된 결합체와 제2절개부를 통해 제2중공부로 관통삽입되는 다른 강관에 형성된 삽입공이 서로 수직하게 삽입될 수 있도록 안내함으로써, 지면에 설치되는 다수의 강관이 서로 수직하게 설치될 수 있는 강관 삽입이 용이한 안내관에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 강관 삽입이 용이한 안내관은 전체적으로 상/하부가 개방된 소정 길이를 갖는 기둥형상으로 이루어져 있으며, 내부에는 강관이 삽입되게 제1중공부가 형성되고, 외면에 길이방향으로 소정의 간격을 갖는 제1절개부가 형성된 관 형상의 몸체 및 상기 제1절개부와 연통되게 상기 몸체와 길이방향으로 이어지도록 형성되며, 상기 강관에 형성된 이음수단이 관통삽입되는 연장부재를 포함하며, 상기 이음수단은 상기 강관 일측에 돌출형성된 삽입공과, 상기 강관 타측에 형성되어 다른 강관과 서로 연결가능하도록 돌출형성된 결합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a guiding pipe used in an installation method for a wall steel pipe. Specifically, the present invention is to a guiding pipe facilitating the insertion of a steel pipe. 본 발명은 벽강관 설치공법에 사용되는 안내관에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 타설된 지면에 설치되는 강관이 몸체에 형성된 제1중공부에 안내되어 설치가능하도록 하여 다수의 강관들이 서로 수직하게 설치될 수 있으며, 제1절개부를 통해 제1중공부에 관통삽입되는 강관에 형성된 결합체와 제2절개부를 통해 제2중공부로 관통삽입되는 다른 강관에 형성된 삽입공이 서로 수직하게 삽입될 수 있도록 안내함으로써, 지면에 설치되는 다수의 강관이 서로 수직하게 설치될 수 있는 강관 삽입이 용이한 안내관에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 강관 삽입이 용이한 안내관은 전체적으로 상/하부가 개방된 소정 길이를 갖는 기둥형상으로 이루어져 있으며, 내부에는 강관이 삽입되게 제1중공부가 형성되고, 외면에 길이방향으로 소정의 간격을 갖는 제1절개부가 형성된 관 형상의 몸체 및 상기 제1절개부와 연통되게 상기 몸체와 길이방향으로 이어지도록 형성되며, 상기 강관에 형성된 이음수단이 관통삽입되는 연장부재를 포함하며, 상기 이음수단은 상기 강관 일측에 돌출형성된 삽입공과, 상기 강관 타측에 형성되어 다른 강관과 서로 연결가능하도록 돌출형성된 결합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
