POWDERED WATER PROOFING AGENT FOR CONCRETE AND METHOD OF WATERPROOF
The present invention relates to a powdered waterproofing agent, wherein the waterproofing powder, by which a content radio of calcium is increased, is provided to a general cement component, and thus, adhesive force with parent substances is increased, so that high attachment strength is achieved within a short time, and adhesiveness and wear resistance are increased, and the waterproofing agent and the cement are mixed with each other in a weight ratio of 1:20-30, and is then used. The powdered waterproofing agent provided by the present invention relates to a technology in which a calcium compound containing 85 wt% or higher of calcium is obtained by baking a compound containing calcium at a temperature range of 1,000-1,500C, and a waterproofing agent composition is obtained by adding a component selected from a water reducing agent, a high early strength agent, a degreasing agent, and an anti-penetration agent, to the calcium compound and which may be applied as a waterproofing mortar when the waterproofing agent composition and cement are mixed with each other in a weight ratio of 1:20-30 and the mixture is applied as waterproofing cement or when sands are added to the waterproofing cement, and may be applied as waterproofing ready-mixed concrete when sand and gravel are added to the waterproofing cement.
본원은 일반 시멘트성분에 칼슘(Ca)의 함유비율을 높여주는 방수제를 제공하여 모체와의 접착력을 높여 짧은 시간 내에 높은 부착강도를 이루고 접착성, 내마모성을 높여주며 방수제 1 대 시멘트 20~30 중량비율로 혼합되어 사용되도록 제공되는 분말형 방수제에 관한 것이다. 본원에서 제공되는 분말형 방수제는 칼슘(Ca)을 포함하여 이루어지는 화합물을 1,000~1,500℃ 온도범위에서 소성시켜 칼슘(Ca)이 85 wt% 이상 함유하도록 제공되는 칼슘화합물을 얻고, 상기 칼슘화합물에 감수제, 조강제, 탈기제, 항침투제 중에서 선택되는 성분이 추가되어 방수제조성물을 이루고, 방수제조성물 1 : 시멘트 20~30 중량비율로 혼합되어 방수시멘트로 적용되거나 방수시멘트에 모래가 추가되는 경우 방수몰탈로 적용되거나 또는 상기 방수시멘트에 모래와 자갈이 추가되는 경우 방수레미콘으로 적용될 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다.
