BEARING APPARATUS FOR LAUNCHING SUPER STRUCTURE OF BRIDGE, AND INCREMENTAL LAUNCHING METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING BRIDGE USING SUCH BEARING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a roller bearing apparatus and a continuous extrusion construction method of a bridge for constructing a bridge by using the same. When an upper structure of a bridge is extruded toward the front side while the bridge is constructed by an incremental launching method (ILM), the upper structure of the bridge is supported and extruded by a rolling movement by using a roller bearing launching apparatus having a track. Therefore, the roller bearing apparatus can reduce horizontal force and extrude the upper bridge structure in an easy manner. The roller bearing apparatus comprises a housing, a rotational axis, a rotation bearing, and a track.
본 발명은 연속압출시공방법(Incremental Launching Method/ILM 공법)에 의해 교량을 시공하면서 교량의 상부구조물을 전방으로 압출할 때, 트랙을 가지는 로울러 베어링 진출장치를 이용하여 구름 운동에 의해 교량 상부구조물을 지지하여 압출함으로써 수평력을 저감하면서 용이하게 교량 상부구조물을 압출할 수 있도록 하는 "로울러 베어링 진출장치" 및 이를 이용하여 교량을 시공하게 되는 "교량의 연속압출시공방법"에 관한 것이다.
