THE SCREW ANCHOR PILE WITH EXTENDED REINFORCING PLATE FOR EARTH REINFORCEMENT
The present invention relates to a ground reinforcement screw pile with a front end extension reinforcement plate mounted thereon. More specifically, the ground reinforcement screw pile excavates the ground, and comprises: a body of a bar shape having a through hole which is formed therein and becomes a passage of grouting liquid; a screw wing formed in a spiral shape along an outer circumferential surface of the body and integratively installed on the body; a plurality of grouting holes drilled to spray the grouting liquid to the outer circumferential surface of the body; a front end extension reinforcement plate of a circular plate shape wherein one end of the body is mounted on an upper surface thereof, and an air discharge hole penetrates the upper and a lower surface thereof to be placed on a line with the through hole; and an excavation bit wherein a cutting blade is formed on one end thereof, and the other end thereof is mounted on one side of the lower surface of the front end extension reinforcement plate. The excavation bit (500) and the screw wing rotate to drill the ground, and then the front end extension reinforcement plate is seated on a bottom surface of a drilled hole and grouts the bottom surface to increase front end bearing power.
본원발명은 선단확장 보강판이 결합된 지반보강용 스크류파일에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 지반을 굴착할 수 있는 지반보강용 파일에 있어서, 내부에 공기 및 그라우팅액의 통로가 되는 관통공이 형성된 봉 형상의 몸체와, 몸체의 외주면을 따라 나선형상으로 형성되며 몸체에 일체로 설치되는 스크류날개와, 몸체의 외주면에 그라우팅액이 분사될 수 있도록 다수의 구멍이 뚫려 있는 그라우팅공과, 원형의 판 형상으로 몸체의 일단이 상면에 결합되되 관통공과 일직선상에 놓이도록 공기토출공이 상,하면을 관통하여 뚫려 있는 선단확장 보강판 및, 타단에 절삭날이 생성되어 있는 것으로 일단이 선단확장 보강판의 하면 일측에 결합되는 굴착비트로 구성되되, 굴착비트(500) 및 스크류날개가 회전하여 지반을 천공한 후 선단확장 보강판이 천공된 구멍의 바닥면에 안착되면서 그라우팅하여 선단지지력을 높이는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a ground reinforcement screw pile with a front end extension reinforcement plate mounted thereon. 본원발명은 선단확장 보강판이 결합된 지반보강용 스크류파일에 관한 것으로 상세하게는 지반을 굴착할 수 있는 지반보강용 파일에 있어서, 내부에 공기 및 그라우팅액의 통로가 되는 관통공이 형성된 봉 형상의 몸체와, 몸체의 외주면을 따라 나선형상으로 형성되며 몸체에 일체로 설치되는 스크류날개와, 몸체의 외주면에 그라우팅액이 분사될 수 있도록 다수의 구멍이 뚫려 있는 그라우팅공과, 원형의 판 형상으로 몸체의 일단이 상면에 결합되되 관통공과 일직선상에 놓이도록 공기토출공이 상,하면을 관통하여 뚫려 있는 선단확장 보강판 및, 타단에 절삭날이 생성되어 있는 것으로 일단이 선단확장 보강판의 하면 일측에 결합되는 굴착비트로 구성되되, 굴착비트(500) 및 스크류날개가 회전하여 지반을 천공한 후 선단확장 보강판이 천공된 구멍의 바닥면에 안착되면서 그라우팅하여 선단지지력을 높이는 것을 특징으로 한다.
