RECYCLING SYSTEM OF RAIN WATER
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for treating and recycling rainwater is mounted in a building or the like to treat and recycle rainwater, and comprises: a rainwater inflow unit into which rainwater flows; an initial rainwater exclusion device (20) disposed on one side of the rainwater inflow unit, and provided with a rainwater detection sensor to open a valve during a prescribed inputted time when an inflow of rainwater is detected to discharge initial contaminated water containing foreign substances, and a time valve; a raw rainwater water tank (30) disposed on one side of the initial rainwater exclusion device (20), in which the rainwater filtered by the initial rainwater exclusion device (20) is collected and stored; a raw water transport pump (40) to transport raw water stored in the raw rainwater tank (30); a micro-filter unit (50) to firstly filter the raw water flowing thereinto by the transport pump; a rainwater treatment device (60) which comprises an activated carbon filter unit (610), a filter unit (620) consisting of porous red clay pottery, and a hydroxyapatite (HAp) filter (630), and filters the rainwater passing through the micro-filter unit (50) to have a pH of 5.8-8.5 and a turbidity equal to or lower than 5 NTU to prevent detection of a colon bacillus; a pH measurement device (70) to measure a pH of the rainwater filtered through the rainwater treatment device (60); a rainwater purification tank (80) to collect and store rainwater having the prescribed pH and turbidity and meeting colon bacillus inspection criteria; and a control panel (90) disposed on one side and connected to each component in a wired/wireless manner to control whether to operate or not.
본 발명의 실시 예인 건조물 등에 장착되어 우수를 처리하고 재활용하는 시스템에 있어서, 우수가 유입되는 우수 유입부와; 상기 우수 유입부 일측에 구비되고, 우수의 유입이 감지되면 소정의 입력된 시간동안 밸브를 오픈하여 유입되는 초기의 이물을 포함한 오염수를 배출시키는 우수감지센서와, 타임밸브가 구비된 초기우수배제장치(20)와; 상기 초기우수배제장치(20)의 일측에 구비되고, 상기 초기우수배제장치(20)에 의해 필터링된 우수가 포집되어 저장되는 우수원수조(30)와; 상기 우수원수조(30)에 저장된 원수를 이송시키는 원수이송펌프(40)와; 상기 이송펌프를 통해서 유입되는 원수를 1차적으로 필터링하는 마이크로필터부(50)와; 활성탄 필터부(610)와, 다공성의 황토 도기로 구성된 황토환 필터부(620)와, 그리고 하이드록시아파타이트(HAp) 필터(630)로 구성되어, 상기 마이크로필터부(50)를 거친 우수를 5.8 내지 8.5 pH, 탁도는 5 NTU 이하로 필터링하고, 대장균이 불검출되도록 필터링하는 우수수처리장치와; 상기 우수처리장치(60)를 거쳐 필터링된 우수의 pH를 측정하는 pH측정장치(70)와; 상기 소정의 pH, 탁도 그리고 대장균 검사기준을 만족하는 우수를 포집하여 저장하는 우수정수조(80)와; 일측에 구비되고, 유무선으로 각 구성품들과 연결되어 동작유무를 제어하는 콘트롤판넬(90);을 포함하여 구성되는 우수처리 재활용 시스템에 관한 것이다.
