CONDUCTIVE CARBON-CERAMIC COMPOSITES AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a conductive carbon-ceramic composite, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the conductive carbon-ceramic composite comprises: a first step of preparing a raw material mixture by mixing a solvent, an organic substance soluble in the solvent, and ceramic powder; a second step of preparing a powdery raw material mixture by drying the raw material mixture; a third step of forming the powdery raw material mixture into a desired shape by inserting the powdery raw material mixture to a mold; and a fourth step of performing reduction sintering by sintering a molded product under a reducing atmosphere using inert gas. The conductive carbon-ceramic composite has electrical conductivity or semi-conductivity by carbon without using a carbon fiber, a carbon nanotube, a graphite powder, or the like.
본 발명은 전도성 탄소-세라믹 복합체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 전도성 탄소-세라믹 복합체의 제조방법은, 용매, 상기 용매에 용해가능한 유기물질, 및 세라믹 분말을 혼합하여 혼합원료를 제조하는 제1단계와; 상기 혼합원료를 건조하여 분말 상의 혼합원료를 제조하는 제2단계와; 상기 분말 상의 혼합원료를 금형에 넣어 원하는 형상으로 성형하는 제3단계와; 성형체를 불활성가스를 이용한 환원분위기에서 소성하는 환원소성을 수행하는 제4단계를 구비한다.
