The present invention provides a steel grating including a nonskid unit. The steel grating has an excellent binding power for nonskid paint coated on the surface of a rolling design steel plate formed in the steel grating and improves a frictional force so that a nonskid function is efficiently performed. Therefore, the steel grating enables pedestrians to safely walk and has beautiful design. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the rolling design steel plate on which a drain hole of various shapes is punched is welded on the steel grating. After the steel grating is washed and dried, the steel grating is preprocessed and dried. A paint for a lower layer is firstly applied on the preprocessed rolling design steel plate and is dried. A paint for an upper layer is secondarily applied on the paint for a lower layer and is dried, wherein the paint for an upper layer is composed of an MMA resin, silica, and an optimal amount of hardeners.
본 발명은 미끄럼방지기능을 갖는 스틸그레이팅을 구성하되, 스틸그레이팅에 구성된 압연디자인 강판 표면에 처리되는 미끄럼방지도료의 결착력이 우수하도록 함과 동시에 마찰력을 향상시켜 미끄럼방지가 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있게 함으로서 보행자들의 안전한 보행이 이루어질 수 있도록 함은 물론, 디자인이 미려한 스틸그레이팅을 제공할 수 있게 한 것이다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 스틸그레이팅 상에 다양한 모양의 배수공이 뚫린 압연디자인 강판을 용접구성하고, 상기 스틸그레이팅을 세척건조한 다음 전처리하여 건조하고, 전처리된 압연디자인강판 표면에 하도용 도료를 1차도포한 다음 건조하고, 하도용 도료 상에 MMA수지와 규사 및 적량의 경화제로 구성된 상도용 도료를 2차도포한 다음 건조하여서 된 것이다.
