ASPHALT SIDEWALK BLOCK AND IT'S INSTALLATION METHOD
The present invention relates to an asphalt sidewalk block consisting primarily of asphalt and a method for installing an asphalt sidewalk block, which compensate problems of general concrete blocks and elastic blocks and problems generated in applying the asphalt and on the contrary maximizing their advantages. The asphalt sidewalk block according to the present invention mixes petroleum asphalt, natural asphalt, an improvement mixing agent and a filling mixture to enhance resistance to high temperatures and adjusts a particle size of aggregate to be manufactured to have relatively low porosity. In addition, the present invention forms a coating layer on an upper part thereof to protect the same and adds various kinds of additives to joint parts formed between adjacent blocks to change a colour of the joint parts or reflect light on the joint parts, thereby increasing an aesthetic effect of the joint parts.
본 발명은 아스팔트를 주성분으로 하여 제조된 아스팔트 보도블록 및 아스팔트 보도블록을 설치하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 일반적인 콘크리트 블록과 탄성 블록의 문제점 및 아스팔트를 적용함에 있어 발생하는 문제점을 보완하고, 반면 장점을 최대한 이용하는 것이다. 본 발명의 아스팔트 보도블록은 석유아스팔트, 천연아스팔트, 개질혼합제와 채움혼합재를 혼합하여 높은 온도에 대한 저항성을 향상시키고, 골재의 입도를 조절하여 공극률을 비교적 낮게 제작한다. 또한 그 상부에 코팅층을 형성하여 보도블록을 보호하고, 인접 블록 사이에 형성되는 줄눈부에 다양한 첨가제를 첨가하여 줄눈부의 색상을 변화시키거나, 빛을 반사하는 등 줄눈부의 미적 효과를 증대시키는 것이다.
