EASY CROSS SQUARE STEEL PIPE FITTINGS WORK
The present invention relates to a cross square steel pipe facilitating a joint work. Specifically, the cross square steel pipe facilitating the joint work can prevent a property change of a material due to welding by enabling the joint work by including a joint pipe which is an existing steel pipe without welding in a steel frame structure joint work and can obtain stability by improving constructability and joint strength. The cross square steel pipe facilitating the joint work also can be applied to various construction sites such as construction of a wood material or construction of concrete and enables a user to conveniently construct interior and exterior materials and a heat insulation material. According to the present invention, the cross square steel pipe comprises: a center steel pipe formed of a square steel pipe; and an outer steel pipe in which the square steel pipe with a same length as that of an outer side of the center steel pipe is integrally formed on four sides or three sides. The cross square steel pipe can be used as a finishing material for a finishing work of the construction.
본 발명은 이음작업이 용이한 십자 각형 강관에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 철골구조 이음 작업시 용접을 하지 않고도 기존의 강관인 이음파이프를 내장하여 이음 작업을 할 수 있어 용접에 의한 소재의 특성변화를 방지하고 시공성을 향상시켜 이음강도를 향상시켜 안정성을 확보함은 물론 내, 외장재와 단열재를 설치하기 편리하고 목재시공 또는 콘크리트 시공 등 다양한 공사현장에 적용할 수 있는 이음 작업이 용이한 십자 각형 강관에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 정사각형 강관으로 형성된 중앙강관과, 상기 중앙강관의 외측변의 길이와 동일한 길이의 정사각형 강관을 4개의 변 또는 3개의 변에 일체로 형성한 외측강관으로 구성하여 본 십자 각형 강관 자체를 마감재로 사용하여 공사마감을 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
