FLOOR STRUCTURE FOR PREFABRICATED BATHROOM WITH WEIGHT LIGHTENING AND THE METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a prefabricated bathroom floor structure, formed by a TPR waterproof board and a mortar layer to provide an excellent user-friendly environment for usage, to facilitate construction thereof, to lighten the structure after construction, to save energy by providing thermal insulation, and to drastically reduce noise between floors, which has become a social issue. The present invention comprises: a waterproof structure applied to an upper surface of a prefabricated bathroom floor slab; and a cement mortar layer positioned on an upper part of the waterproof structure, wherein a vacant space is formed within the cement mortar layer to lighten the weight thereof. Also the present invention provides a construction method thereof. Accordingly, the present invention provides a lightweight prefabricated bathroom floor structure, which can enhance effects of weight lightening, thermal insulation, and noise reduction.
본 발명은 'TPR방수판'과 '몰탈층'에 의한 조립식 욕실 바닥 구조를 형성하여 종래 사용자에게 익숙한 사용 환경의 우수성을 확보하면서도, 시공의 용이성, 시공 후 구조체의 경량화, 단열 효과 확보에 따른 에너지 절감 및 최근 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 층간 소음의 획기적 저감을 고려한 조립식 욕실 바닥 구조에 관한 것으로서, 조립식 욕실 바닥 슬래브 상면에 적용되는 방수구조와 상기 방수구조의 상부에 시멘트 몰탈층을 포함하되, 상기 시멘트 몰탈층의 내부에 빈 공간을 형성하여, 상기 조립식 욕실 바닥 구조를 경량화한 조립식 욕실 바닥 구조를 개시한다. 또한 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 이를 통하여 본 발명에 의한 경량화한 조립식 욕실 바닥 구조는 경량화와 단열 및 소음 저감 효과를 높일 수 있다.
