COMPOSITION FOR LIME MORTAR COMPRISING NATURAL HYDRAULIC LIME, BLAST FURNACE SLAG AND LIMESTONE POWDER
The present invention relates to a three-component system composition for lime mortar, containing a natural hydraulic lime (NHL) powder, blast furnace slag (BFS), and a limestone powder (LP). The three-component system composition for lime mortar, of the preset invention, has significantly improved physical characteristics, such as compression strength and coagulation characteristics, by adding blast furnace slag and a limestone powder, and retains eco-friendly characteristics, such as constant temperature, constant humidity, and antifungal property, of the natural hydraulic lime, by containing the natural hydraulic lime as a main raw material. The composition for lime mortar of the preset invention can be used for eco-friendly interior or exterior materials, finishing materials, or binding materials for buildings.
본 발명은 천연수경성석회(NHL) 분말, 고로수쇄슬래그(BFS) 분말, 및 석회석 미분말(LP)을 포함하는 3성분계 석회 모르타르용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 3성분계 석회 모르타르용 조성물은 고로수쇄슬래그 및 석회석 미분말의 첨가에 의해 압축강도와 응결특성의 물리적 특성이 현저하게 향상되었으며, 천연수경성석회가 주원료로 포함되어 있으므로 천연수경성석회가 갖는 항온, 항습, 항곰팡이성과 같은 친환경 특성을 보유한다. 본 발명의 석회 모르타르용 조성물은 건축물의 친환경 내외장재, 마감재, 접합재 등으로 사용이 가능하다.
