METHOD OF COLOR PATTERNING ON FINE CERAMIC SUBSTRATE
The present invention relates to a method of implementing color on a fine ceramic-based substance. More specifically, the method of implementing color on the fine ceramic-based substance includes the steps of: manufacturing fine ceramic green-sheets by colors; stacking a color green-sheet having same color or different color on a first base green-sheet by setting one green-sheet selected from the green-sheets as the first base green-sheet, in which the color green-sheet is cut in a predetermined shape to be stacked; manufacturing a combination green-sheet by stacking a second base green-sheet on at least the color green-sheet; and firing the combination green-sheet, wherein the second base green-sheet is stacked in a thickness enough to project color of the color green-sheet after the firing. According to the present invention as described above, various color, patterns, and so on are provided without using glaze on fine ceramics.
본 발명은 파인 세라믹 기재상에서의 색상 구현 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 파인 세라믹 그린쉬트를 색상별로 제작하는 단계; 이중 선정된 하나의 그린쉬트를 제1바탕 그린쉬트로 하여 상기 제1바탕 그린쉬트상에 동일 색상 또는 다른 색상의 색상 그린쉬트를 적층하되, 상기 색상 그린쉬트는 소기의 모양으로 재단되어 적층되는 단계; 적어도 상기 색상 그린쉬트 상에 제2바탕 그린쉬트를 적층하여 조합 그린쉬트를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 조합 그린쉬트를 소성하는 단계;를 포함하되, 상기 제2바탕 그린쉬트는 소성 후 색상 그린쉬트의 색상이 투영될 수 있는 정도의 두께로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파인 세라믹 기재상에서의 색상 구현 방법을 제공한다. 이상과 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 파인 세라믹스에 유약을 사용하지 않고도 다양한 색상, 문양 등을 부여할 수 있는 작용효과가 기대된다.
