본 발명은 재생아스콘 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 고성능 고분자 폴리머 중합체 첨가제를 혼합하여 재생아스콘의 골재 접착력과 표면 코팅력을 향상시켜 수분민감성과 골재의 박리현상을 감소시키며, 탄성계수를 향상시켜 수직 변형률 감소와 하중 분산을 통해 소성변형 및 피로저항성을 높여 주며 또한 전단 탄성률 증가로 포장의 두께를 줄여주며, 마샬안정도와 강성이 우수하며 또한 작업성이 우수한 재생아스콘을 제조할 수 있도록 하는 고분자 중합체를 포함하는 재생아스콘 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
