According to one aspect of the present invention, a floating structure having a spud can comprises: a main body floating on water; a leg coupled to be vertically ascended and descended to the main body; a spud can disposed in a lower portion of the leg and having a plurality of nozzles; a piping unit supplying seawater to the nozzles; and a valve unit installed on the piping unit to control an amount of seawater supplied to the nozzles.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 스퍼드캔을 가지는 부유식 구조물은 물에 부유할 수 있는 본체; 상기 본체에 상하 방향으로 승강 가능하게 결합된 레그; 상기 레그의 하부에 배치되며, 복수 개의 노즐들을 포함하는 스퍼드캔; 상기 복수 개의 노즐에 해수를 공급하는 배관유닛; 및 상기 복수 개의 노즐에 공급되는 해수량을 조절할 수 있도록, 상기 배관유닛 상에 설치되는 밸브유닛;을 포함할 수 있다.
