MOVABLE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM MOUNTED UPPER-STRUCTURE OF BRIDGE AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a bridge construction method using a movable mold system supported on a bridge lower structure, which is to construct a bridge upper structure by supporting the movable mold system on the upper surface of a foundation unit of the bridge lower structure such as an abutment and a bridge pier. The movable mold system includes: a truck installed in a transverse beam; a longitudinal moving beam installed on the upper surface of the truck; a temporarily constructed vent installed on the upper surface of the longitudinal moving beam; and a movable mold. The bridge construction method is to integrally construct the bridge upper structure in two spans using the movable mold system.
교각, 교대와 같은 교량하부구조물의 기초부 상면에 이동식 거푸집시스템이 지지되도록 하여 교량상부구조물을 시공하는 교량하부구조물에 지지되도록 설치된 이동식 거푸집시스템을 이용한 교량시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 교량시공방법은 횡방향 빔에 설치된 이동대차, 상기 이동대차 상면에 설치된 종방향 이동식빔, 상기 종방향 이동식빔 상면에 설치된 가설벤트 및 이동식거푸집을 포함하는 이동식 거푸집시스템을 이용하여 2경간에 걸쳐 교량상부구조물을 일체로 시공하게 된다.
