CONNECTING DEVICE FOR DOOR FRAME CORNER
The present invention relates to a device for connecting corners of a door frame, and more specifically, to a device for connecting corners of a door for a vinyl greenhouse, which facilitates manufacture of a door mainly used for a vinyl greenhouse by screw mounting instead of welding. According to the present invention, the device for connecting corners of a door frame comprises: a first body and a second body having screw mounting parts disposed therein; a first wing disposed on one side of the first body while being bent; a second wing disposed on the other side of the first body while being bent; a third wing disposed on one side of the second body while being bent; and a fourth wing disposed on the other side of the second body while being bent. The device for connecting corners of a door frame easily assembles a door frame by a connection member capable of simply assembling corners of the door frame, and allows anyone to simply assemble the door frame and firmly assemble a connecting portion.
본 발명은 도어 프레임의 모서리 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비닐하우스에 주로 사용되는 도어를 용접이 아닌 나사체결을 통해 손쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 하기 위한 비닐하우스용 도어의 모서리 체결을 위한 연결장치 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 도어 프레임 모서리 연결장치는, 내부에 나사체결구가 마련되는 제 1 몸체부 및 제 2 몸체부, 상기 제 1 몸체부의 일측면에 절곡된 형태로 마련되는 제 1 날개, 상기 제 1 몸체부의 타측면에 절곡된 형태로 마련되는 제 2 날개, 상기 제 2 몸체부의 일측면에 절곡된 형태로 마련되는 제 3 날개, 상기 제 2 몸체부의 타측면에 절곡된 형태로 마련되는 제 4 날개를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 도어 프레임 모서리 연결장치는, 도어 프레임의 모서리를 간단히 조립할 수 있도록 구성된 연결부재에 의해 수월하게 도어프레임을 조립할 수 있는 효과가 있고, 누구나 도어 프레임 조립을 간단하면서도 연결부위를 단단하게 조립할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 도어 프레임의 모서리 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비닐하우스에 주로 사용되는 도어를 용접이 아닌 나사체결을 통해 손쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 하기 위한 비닐하우스용 도어의 모서리 체결을 위한 연결장치 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 도어 프레임 모서리 연결장치는, 내부에 나사체결구가 마련되는 제 1 몸체부 및 제 2 몸체부, 상기 제 1 몸체부의 일측면에 절곡된 형태로 마련되는 제 1 날개, 상기 제 1 몸체부의 타측면에 절곡된 형태로 마련되는 제 2 날개, 상기 제 2 몸체부의 일측면에 절곡된 형태로 마련되는 제 3 날개, 상기 제 2 몸체부의 타측면에 절곡된 형태로 마련되는 제 4 날개를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 도어 프레임 모서리 연결장치는, 도어 프레임의 모서리를 간단히 조립할 수 있도록 구성된 연결부재에 의해 수월하게 도어프레임을 조립할 수 있는 효과가 있고, 누구나 도어 프레임 조립을 간단하면서도 연결부위를 단단하게 조립할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
