OVERHEATING PREVENTION APPARATUS FOR TRAIN RAIL

The present invention relates to an overheating prevention device for a railroad rail, capable of preventing a railroad rail from being overheated by being installed on the railroad rail. Specifically, the overheating prevention device for a railroad rail has a through path in the longitudinal direction of the rail in the rail and can prevent the rail from being overheated as cooling water is supplied through the through path. Therefore, the overheating prevention device for a railroad rail provides safety for a passenger by preventing a train derailment accident caused by a bent rail due to heat wave and remarkably prevents time waste of material resources and human resources consumed to recover the accident.

본 발명은 철도레일에 설치되어 철도레일이 과열되는 것을 방지하는 철도레일 과열방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 본 발명 철도레일 과열방지장치는 레일의 내부에는 레일의 길이를 따라 관통로가 형성되고, 상기 관통로를 통해 냉각수를 공급하여 레일이 과열되는 것을 방지하는 과열방지장치가 구성되는 것이 특징인 철도레일 과열방지장치에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명 철도레일 과열방지장치는 폭염에 의해 레일이 휘게 됨으로써 발생하는 기차탈선사고를 방지하여 승객의 안전을 도모하며, 또한 사고발생시 이를 복구하기 위해 소요되는 인적자원과 물적자원의 시간적인 낭비를 방지할 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
