THERMOSTAT FOR FREEZING PREVENTION OF HEATING DOOR
The present invention relates to a thermostat for freezing prevention of a heat radiation door or a door for a refrigerated warehouse which is mounted on the outside of a heat radiation door or a door for a refrigerated warehouse comprising a door frame in which a heating wire for a heater is embedded and used in controlling a temperature of the heating wire for a heater. In comparison to a conventional technique, a part exposed to the outside can be eliminated to prevent part damage and facilitate installation work (e.g., the thermostat can be easily fixed and installed, and a cable or a wire can be easily connected). A waterproof structure is applied to easily remove frost on a door and easily perform water cleaning. A service life can be increased and hence the thermostat does not need to be frequently replaced. A stable operation can be performed for controlling a temperature of a heating wire for a heater embedded in a door frame, and the temperature can be precisely controlled.
본 발명은 히터용 열선이 내장되는 도어프레임을 포함하는 방열문이나 냉동창고용 도어의 외측에 장착되어 히터용 열선의 온도 조절에 사용되는 방열문이나 냉동창고용 도어의 동결방지용 온도조절기에 관한 것으로서, 종래에 비해 외부 노출부품을 없앨 수 있어 부품 훼손을 방지할 수 있고, 온도조절기의 고정 설치 및 케이블이나 전선 연결을 용이하게 수행할 수 있는 등 설치작업에 따른 용이성을 구현할 수 있으며, 방수구조의 적용으로 도어의 서리 제거 등을 위한 물청소를 용이하게 수행할 수 있고 사용 수명을 높일 수 있어 온도조절기를 자주 교체하지 않아도 되며, 도어프레임에 내장되는 히터용 열선의 온도를 조절하는데 안정된 동작을 수행하면서 정밀하게 온도 제어할 수 있는 방열문이나 냉동창고용 도어의 동결방지용 온도조절기에 관한 것이다.
