The present invention relates to a foldable variable residential structure in which a plane form is changed to a residential structure form depending on a situation. The foldable variable residential structure can be easily moved as the volume is small when the foldable variable residential structure is folded. When the foldable variable residential structure is installed, the foldable variable residential structure has high strength and a strong structure. The foldable variable residential structure can be produced in low costs and can be easily assembled. The foldable variable residential structure is applied with locking mechanism. So, the strength can be controlled, and the foldable variable residential structure can be applied to various application fields requiring strength change. Also, a module of the structure is expanded, so the foldable variable residential structure can be formed in various sizes. Also, additional functions such as a waterproof function, a warmth keeping function, and an electricity supply function are applied, so the foldable variable residential structure can be applied to various fields such as a moving type residence and a temporary storage.
본 발명은 상황에 따라 평면형태에서 주거구조물 형태로 형태 변형이 가능한 접기기반의 주거구조체에 관한 것으로서, 접었을 시에는 부피가 작아 이동이 용이하며 설치 시에는 강성이 높고 견고한 구조체에 관한 것이다. 저비용으로 생산이 가능하며 조립이 간편한 특징을 가지고 있으며, 라킹 메커니즘(locking mechanism)을 채택하여 강성의 조절이 가능하여 강성 변화가 필요한 다양한 응용분야에 적용가능하다. 또한 구조체의 모듈을 확장함으로써 다양한 크기로 구성이 가능함과 동시에 방수, 보온, 전기 공급 등의 부수적인 기능을 부가하여 이동식 거주지, 임시 창고 등의 다양한 분야에 적용 가능하다.
