The present invention relates to an earth anchor used to reinforce and stabilize a slope in a civil engineering site or a construction site and, more specifically, relates to an earth anchor having an improved structure to load a large tensile force on a tension member wherein the earth anchor is also smaller and lighter than an existing earth anchor. According to the present invention, the earth anchor comprises: a first member including a first head which is a heavy steel object and a first accommodation unit having an empty space by being connected to the first head; a second member including a second head which is the heavy steel object and accommodated in the first accommodation unit, and a second accommodation unit having the empty space by being connected to the second head; a third member including a third head which is the heavy steel object and is accommodated in the second accommodation unit, and a tension member connection unit connected to the tension member and the second head; the tension member wherein one end is connected to the tension member connection unit and the other end fixated to an anchoring end installed in the ground; an anchoring unit to fixate the other end of the tension member; a first ratchet unit permitting the second member to be spaced from the first member, and not permitting a movement to an opposite direction; and a second ratchet unit performing the third member to be spaced from the second member, and not permitting a movement to the opposite direction.
본 발명은 토목이나 건축 현장의 경사면의 안정화에 사용되거나 사면보강을 위해 사용되는 어스 앵커에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 종래에 비하여 가볍고 크기가 작으면서도 인장재에 큰 인장력을 재하할 수 있도록 구조가 개선된 어스 앵커에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 철제의 중량물인 제1헤드와 상기 제1헤드와 결합하며 내부에 빈 공간을 가지는 제1수용부를 포함하는 제1부재; 상기 제1수용부에 수용되며 철제의 중량물인 제2헤드와 상기 제2헤드와 결합하며 내부에 빈 공간을 가지는 제2수용부를 포함하는 제2부재; 상기 제2수용부에 수용되며 철제의 중량물인 제3헤드와 상기 제2헤드에 결합하며 인장재와 결합하는 인장재 결합부를 포함하는 제3부재; 일단부는 상기 인장재 결합부에 결합하고 타단부는 지상에 마련되는 정착단에 고정되는 인장재; 상기 인장재의 타단을 고정하기 위한 정착수단; 상기 제2부재가 제1부재로부터 멀어지는 방향의 이동은 허용하고 그 반대방향의 이동은 허용되지 않도록 하는 제1래칫 유닛; 및, 상기 제3부재가 제2부재로부터 멀어지는 방향의 이동은 허용하고 그 반대방향의 이동은 허용되지 않도록 하는 제2래칫 유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어스 앵커를 제공한다.
The present invention relates to an earth anchor used to reinforce and stabilize a slope in a civil engineering site or a construction site and, more specifically, relates to an earth anchor having an improved structure to load a large tensile force on a tension member wherein the earth anchor is also smaller and lighter than an existing earth anchor.
