DRAWING APPARATUS FOR PHC PILE AND DRAWING METHOD FOR FOR PHC PILE THEREOF
The present invention relates to an apparatus for drawing a PHC pile and a PHC pile drawing method using the same. The PHC pile drawing method prepares a pile casing member having a vertically penetrated shape and comprising a water spray device to spray high pressure water towards a lower end thereof, into which a PHC pile is inserted, and a rope body for pile gripping, inserted into the pile casing member and connected to a rope loop of a crane, mounts the pile casing member on a vibratory hammer of the crane, inserts the rope loop of the crane into a casing to connect the rope body for pile gripping and enclose and fix the PHC pile using the rope body for pile gripping, then sprays water to the lower end of the pile casing member using the water spray device and drives the pile casing member into the ground while the PHC pile is inserted into the pile casing member, and then pulls the rope body for pile gripping to draw the PHC pile. Convenience of drawing and removing work of the PHC pile is greatly improved to completely remove the PHC pile from the ground using minimal equipment to estimate optimal construction costs to greatly reduce construction costs and maximize land usage. The present invention prevents an accident when drawing and removing the PHC pile to greatly improve safety during drawing work of the PHC pile.
본 발명은 PHC 파일 인발 장치 및 이를 이용한 PHC 파일 인발 방법에 관한 것으로 상, 하로 관통된 형상을 가지고 내부로 PHC 파일이 삽입되고 하단부를 향해 고압의 물을 분사하는 물분사 기기가 장착된 파일 케이싱부재와 상기 파일 케이싱부재의 내부에 삽입되어 크레인 로프고리에 연결되는 파일 파지용 로프체를 준비하고, 상기 파일 케이싱부재를 크레인의 바이브로 해머에 장착하고, 크레인 로프고리를 케이싱의 내부로 삽입하여 상기 파일 파지용 로프체를 연결하고 상기 파일 파지용로프체로 PHC 파일을 감싸 고정한 후 상기 파일 케이싱부재의 내부로 상기 PHC 파일을 삽입한 상태로 상기 물분사 기기로 상기 파일 케이싱부재의 하단부로 물을 분사하면서 상기 파일 케이싱부재를 지반에 굴진시킨 다음 상기 파일 파지용 로프체를 당겨 상기 PHC 파일을 인발하는 것으로 PHC 파일의 인발 제거 작업의 편의성을 크게 향상시켜 최소한의 장비로 지반에서 PHC 파일을 완전하게 제거 가능하여 적정 공사비를 추정하여 공사비를 크게 절감하며 부지활용을 극대화하고, 본 발명은 PHC 파일의 인발 제거 시 사고 발생을 방지하여 PHC 파일의 인발 작업 중 안전성을 크게 향상시킨다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for drawing a PHC pile and a PHC pile drawing method using the same.
