The present invention relates to an embedded deck plate which increases a binding force to a truss girder, prevents deformation and damage to a deck plate, and eliminates leakage while pouring concrete. The embedded deck plate comprises: a left connection hook and a right connection hook formed on both sides of a plate body of a metal plate; and a fixing rib protruding upwards to fix a truss girder. The left connection hook comprises: a first left bending unit bent in an inward direction of the plate body; a left inclined unit inclined downwards and extended from the first left bending unit; a second left bending unit bent from the left inclined unit in an outward direction of the plate body; and a left linear unit protruding from the second left bending unit in the outward direction of the plate body. The right connection hook comprises: a first right bending unit bent in the inward direction of the plate body; a right inclined unit inclined upwards and extended from the first right bending unit; a second right bending unit bent from the right inclined unit in the outward direction of the plate body; and a right linear unit protruding from the second right bending unit in the outward direction of the plate body. A waterproof means is also included to increase adhesion and airtightness on inner surfaces connected to each other when coupling the left and the right connection hook to prevent a flow and leakage.
본 발명은 트러스거더와의 결합력을 증대시키면서 데크플레이트의 변형과 손상을 방지하고, 콘크리트 타설 과정에서 누수현상을 배제할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 금속판재의 플레이트바디 양측에 형성하는 좌연결훅과 우연결훅 및 트러스거더를 고정할 수 있도록 상방으로 돌출시키는 고정리브를 포함하는 매립형 데크플레이트에 있어서; 상기 좌연결훅은, 플레이트바디 내측방향으로 밴딩되는 좌1밴딩부와, 상기 좌1밴딩부로부터 하향 경사지게 연장되는 좌경사부와, 상기 좌경사부로부터 플레이트바디 외측방향으로 밴딩되는 좌2밴딩부와, 상기 좌2밴딩부로부터 플레이트바디의 외측방향으로 돌출되는 좌직선부로 구성하고; 상기 우연결훅은, 플레이트바디 내측방향으로 밴딩되는 우1밴딩부와, 상기 우1밴딩부로부터 상향 경사지게 연장되는 우경사부와, 상기 우경사부로부터 플레이트바디의 외측방향으로 밴딩되는 우2밴딩부와, 상기 우2밴딩부로부터 플레이트바디 외측방향으로 돌출되는 우직선부로 구성하고; 상기 좌,우연결훅 결합시 서로 연접되는 내면부에는 밀착력과 기밀성을 높여 유동과 누수를 방지할 수 있는 방수수단을 더 강구한 것이 특징이다.
The present invention relates to an embedded deck plate which increases a binding force to a truss girder, prevents deformation and damage to a deck plate, and eliminates leakage while pouring concrete. The embedded deck plate comprises: a left connection hook and a right connection hook formed on both sides of a plate body of a metal plate; and a fixing rib protruding upwards to fix a truss girder. The left connection hook comprises: a first left bending unit bent in an inward direction of the plate body; a left inclined unit inclined downwards and extended from the first left bending unit; a second left bending unit bent from the left inclined unit in an outward direction of the plate body; and a left linear unit protruding from the second left bending unit in the outward direction of the plate body.
