Provided is a hinge apparatus and an oven with the same. The oven with a hinge apparatus includes a door configured to open and close a cooking space; and the hinge apparatus at which the door is rotatably installed, wherein the hinge apparatus includes a hinge unit which includes a hinge body fixed to the main body, and a hinge lever which is coupled to the door and also rotatably shaft-coupled to the hinge body by a hinge pin; and a damping unit which is installed at an outer surface of the hinge body within a radius of rotation of the hinge lever, and is in contact with the hinge lever to reduce a rotating speed of the hinge lever when the hinge lever is rotated.
본 발명은 힌지 장치 및 힌지 장치가 구비된 오븐에 관한 것으로, 상기 조리 공간을 개폐하는 도어; 상기 본체와 도어를 연결하며, 상기 도어가 회전 가능하게 장착되는 힌지 장치를 포함하며, 상기 힌지 장치는, 상기 본체에 고정되는 힌지 바디와, 상기 도어와 결합되며 상기 힌지 바디에 힌지 핀에 의해 회동 가능하게 축결합되는 힌지 레버를 포함하는 힌지 유닛과; 상기 힌지 레버의 회동 반경상의 상기 힌지 바디 외측면에 장착되며, 상기 힌지 레버의 회동시 접촉되어 상기 힌지 레버의 회전 속도룰 감속시키는 댐핑 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
