WEDGE-CONE WITH A SOFT INSERT
The present invention relates to a wedge cone having a soft insert and, more specifically, to a wedge cone having a soft insert, which stably tenses a strand while preventing the strand from breaking by reducing the concentration of force to the bottom end of a wedge when the strand is tensed as a soft insert is inserted into a conical hole of an anchor to be integrated. The wedge cone having a soft insert, which has an inclined groove where the wedge is to be inserted, comprises: an anchor which has a body having a conical hole and a support plate formed in the bottom end of the outer surface of the body to be integrated; and a soft insert which is installed in the bottom end of the conical hole of the body and of which the inner surface is formed in a conical hole shape.
본 발명은 연질 인서트를 갖는 웨찌콘에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 정착구의 원뿔형홀 내부에 연질 인서트를 일체로 삽입하므로 강연선을 인장 할 때, 웨찌의 하단에 힘이 집중되는 것을 완화시켜 강연선의 파단을 차단함과 동시에 인장이 안정적으로 이루어지도록 하는 것이다. 이는 웨찌가 삽입되도록 경사홈이 형성된 웨찌콘에 있어서, 내부에 원뿔형홀이 형성된 몸체의 외면 하단에 지지판이 일체로 형성된 정착구과; 상기 몸체의 원뿔형홀 하단에 설치되며 내면이 원뿔형홀인 연질 인서트가 결합 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
