The present invention provides a connecting structure of a window frame, which inserts a connecting member between an inside and an outside frame made of one among wood, wood plastic composite, synthetic resin and aluminum and couples the frames to the connecting member integrally in a knurled manner to prevent a dew condensation and to drastically enhance insulation performance as well as to make a coupling work convenient and to strengthen coupling force. The connecting structure of the window frame according to the present invention comprises: an inside and an outside frame which form protrusion parts protruding inward or outward from central portions of one side surfaces in a longitudinal direction respectively, form protrusions in an upper part and a lower part on tip ends of the protrusion parts, and are arranged on the inside and the outside respectively when assembled; and the connecting member made of aluminum and arranged between the inside frame and the outside frame when assembled, wherein the inside and the outside frame are integrally coupled to the connecting member in a knurled manner.
본 발명은 목재, 합성목재(WPC), 합성수지, 알루미늄 중 어느 하나의 재질로 각각 제작된 실내측과 실외측 프레임 사이에 연결재를 삽입하고 프레임과 연결재를 널링방식으로 일체로 결합시킴으로써 결합작업이 매우 수월하고 결합력도 강할 뿐만 아니라 결로현상을 방지할 수 있고 단열성능을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있는 창문프레임의 연결구조를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 창문프레임 연결구조는, 일측면의 중앙부분에 길이방향을 따라 실외측 또는 실내측을 향해 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되고, 돌출부의 선단(先端) 상부와 하부에는 돌출턱이 각각 형성되며, 조립시 실내측 및 실외측에 배치되게 되는 실내측 및 실외측 프레임; 알루미늄으로 제작되어 조립시 실내측 프레임과 실외측 프레임 사이에 배치되게 되는 연결재를 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 실내측 및 실외측 프레임과 연결재가 각각 널링방식에 의해 일체로 결합되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
