The present invention relates to an air conditioning and heating method and an apparatus using a window and a thermoelectric element, wherein the method comprises a step of: attaching a Peltier element to the inside or the outside of a plate separating the inside and the outside of wood or glass instead of a plate separating the inside and the outside of wood or glass of various doors; and forming a switch capable of changing a current direction.
본 발명은 창문과 열전소자를 이용한 냉난방방법과 장치에 과낳ㄴ 것으로사각종 문의 나무나 유리등의 내부와 외부를 분리시키는 판대신 또는 나무나 유리등의 내부와 외부를 분리시키는 판의 내부나 외부에 펠티에 소자를 부착하여 형성하고 전류의 방향을 바꿀 수 있는 스위치를 형성하는 것이다.
