Clay insulation panel and clay insulation wall using the same
The present invention relates to a red clay insulation panel and a red clay insulation wall using the same. The panel and the wall enable a simple process of manufacturing a building by being used as building materials for a building such as a red clay house by finishing an insulation material with red clay finishing layers; and by easily assembling the red clay insulation wall. The red clay insulation panel of the present invention comprises: an insulator which has a plate shape; red clay finishing layers included on both lateral sides of the insulator; and a mounting frame included to surround a lateral end of the red clay finishing layers and the insulator. The mounting frame comprises: an insulator storage unit open on one side such that an end part of the insulator is inserted into a center of a cross section; and a red clay finishing layer storage unit which includes a support unit of supporting the end parts of the red clay finishing layers by being individually bent to the outside from both open end parts of the insulator storage unit such that the red clay finishing layers are combined with both sides of the insulator, and a wing unit of surrounding an outer part of the red clay finishing layers by being vertically bent on an end part of the support unit.
본 발명은 단열재에 황토마감층으로 마감을 하여 황토 집 등 건축물의 자재로 사용할 수 있으며, 황토 단열 벽체를 쉽게 조립할 수 있어 건축물의 제작공정이 간단한 황토 단열 패널 및 이를 이용한 황토 단열 벽체에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 황토 단열 패널은 판상의 단열재; 상기 단열재 양 측면에 구비되는 황토마감층; 및 상기 단열재 및 황토마감층의 측단을 감싸도록 구비되는 장착프레임; 으로 구성되되, 상기 장착프레임은 단면 중앙에 단열재의 단부가 끼워지도록 일측이 개방된 단열재 수납부가 형성되고, 상기 단열재 양측에 황토마감층이 결합되도록 상기 단열재 수납부의 개방된 양단부에서 외측으로 각각 절곡되어 황토마감층의 단부를 지지하는 지지부와 상기 지지부 단부에서 수직 절곡되어 황토마감층 외측 일부를 감싸는 날개부로 구성되는 황토마감층 수납부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
