본 발명은 차광 전환형 광선반 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 회전되는 프레임의 내측에서 회전 또는 패널 회전축의 일단이 상하로 회동 가능하도록 설치되는 상부패널 및 하부패널을 포함하여, 상기 상부패널은 광선반 또는 루버로 선택적으로 동작되고, 상기 하부패널은 루버로 동작될 수 있는 차광 전환형 광선반 장치 및 상기 광선반 장치가 구비된 건축물에 관한 것이다.
