THE NORMAL TEMPERATURE ASCON COMPOSITION FOR REPAIR
The present invention relates to a normal temperature ascon composition for repair, comprising: 95 to 105 parts by weight of aggregate; and 3.5 to 5 parts by weight of cutback asphalt. By using 50 to 70 parts by weight of cyclic aggregate that constitutes the aggregate, it is possible to prevent environmental pollution, to actively supply the normal temperature ascon composition for repair through reduction of manufacturing costs, to improve strength, durability, and coherence by adding synthetic rubber such as SBS, SBR, or the like to the cutback asphalt, and to improve moisture stability by adding inorganic filler having expansion characteristics not to be lost in water.
본 발명은 보수용 상온 아스콘 조성물에 관한 것으로, 골재 95 내지 105 중량부; 및 컷백 아스팔트(Cutback Asphalt) 3.5 내지 5 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이를 통해, 골재의 구성 중 순환골재를 50 내지 70 중량부를 사용함으로써, 환경오염을 예방할 수 있고, 제조 원가 절감을 통한 보수용 상온 아스콘 조성물의 활발한 보급이 가능하며, 컷백 아스팔트에 SBS, SBR 등의 합성고무를 첨가하여 강도, 내구성 및 결합력을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 수중에서 유실되지 않도록 팽창특성을 갖는 무기충전제를 첨가하여 수분안정성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
