Interior chamber's door of VOCS emission test chamber
The present invention relates to an internal chamber door of a volatile organic compound (VOC) emission measuring chamber which is capable of improving reliability for test results by preventing VOCs from being generated in an internal chamber itself into which sample parts are injected to perform a VOC emission measuring test, and maintaining good airtightness with the outside such that test conditions are smoothly maintained, and organic compounds generated from the sample parts are capable of being accurately measured. In an internal chamber door of a VOC emission measuring chamber including an external chamber and an internal chamber which is formed within the external chamber, the internal chamber door of the VOC emission measuring chamber according to the present invention comprises: an inner surface panel (10) which is formed of material such that VOCs are not emitted from the material; an outer surface panel (20) which is combined with the front of the inner surface panel (10) in a state that a space is formed between the inner surface panel (10) and the outer surface panel (20) such that the inner surface panel (10) is movable in forward and backward directions; an elastic spring (30) which is coupled to the space between the inner surface panel (10) and the outer surface panel (20); and an airtightness unit (40) which is attached to an inner surface edge circumference of the inner surface panel (10), which is closely adhered to an entrance protrusion part of the internal chamber to close the inside of the internal chamber, and which is formed of material that has elasticity and airtightness and does not generate the VOCs.
본 발명은 샘플부품을 넣어 휘발성 유기화합물 방출측정 시험을 행하는 내부챔버 자체에서 휘발성 유기화합물을 발생하지 않게 하고 외부와의 기밀을 양호하게 유지함으로써 시험조건을 원활하게 유지하고 샘플부품에서 발생하는 유기화합물을 정확하게 측정할 수 있도록 하여 시험결과에 대한 신뢰성을 향상시키도록 되어 있는 휘발성유기화합물방출측정 챔버의 내부챔버도어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 외부챔버(100)와 그 내부에 구성된 내부챔버(200)를 포함하는 휘발성유기화합물방출측정 챔버의 내부챔버 도어에 있어서, 휘발성 유기화합물이 방출되지 않는 재질로 된 내면 패널(10); 상기 내면패널(10)의 전방에 공간을 두고 내면패널(10)이 전후방향으로 유동할 수 있도록 결합되는 외면 패널(20); 상기 내면패널(10)과 외면 패널(20)사이의 공간에 결합된 탄성스프링(30); 그리고 상기 내면 패널(10)의 내면 가장자리 둘레에 부착되어 있는 것으로서 내부 챔버(200)의 입구돌출부(210)와 밀착하여 내부챔버(200)의 내부를 폐쇄하도록 되어 있고, 탄성 및 기밀성을 갖으며, 휘발성유기화합물이 발생하지 않는 재질로 된 기밀수단(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 샘플부품을 넣어 휘발성 유기화합물 방출측정 시험을 행하는 내부챔버 자체에서 휘발성 유기화합물을 발생하지 않게 하고 외부와의 기밀을 양호하게 유지함으로써 시험조건을 원활하게 유지하고 샘플부품에서 발생하는 유기화합물을 정확하게 측정할 수 있도록 하여 시험결과에 대한 신뢰성을 향상시키도록 되어 있는 휘발성유기화합물방출측정 챔버의 내부챔버도어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 외부챔버(100)와 그 내부에 구성된 내부챔버(200)를 포함하는 휘발성유기화합물방출측정 챔버의 내부챔버 도어에 있어서, 휘발성 유기화합물이 방출되지 않는 재질로 된 내면 패널(10); 상기 내면패널(10)의 전방에 공간을 두고 내면패널(10)이 전후방향으로 유동할 수 있도록 결합되는 외면 패널(20); 상기 내면패널(10)과 외면 패널(20)사이의 공간에 결합된 탄성스프링(30); 그리고 상기 내면 패널(10)의 내면 가장자리 둘레에 부착되어 있는 것으로서 내부 챔버(200)의 입구돌출부(210)와 밀착하여 내부챔버(200)의 내부를 폐쇄하도록 되어 있고, 탄성 및 기밀성을 갖으며, 휘발성유기화합물이 발생하지 않는 재질로 된 기밀수단(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
