METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DIAGNOSING ELECTRIC PROPORTIONAL PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus to diagnose an electronic proportional pressure reducing valve. The apparatus for diagnosing an electronic proportional pressure reducing valve according to the present invention comprises: a regulator which regulates the swivel angle of the swash plate of a hydraulic pump; a pilot pump which discharges pilot oil; an electronic proportional pressure reducing valve which reduces the pressure of the pilot oil discharged from the pilot pump and discharges the pressure-reduced pilot oil by being operated by a control signal; a pressure sensor which senses the output pressure of the electronic proportional pressure reducing valve; a memory which stores a map of the input current and output pressure of the electronic proportional pressure reducing valve; and a control unit which determines the abnormality or malfunction of the electronic proportional pressure reducing valve when the absolute value of a difference between a reference pressure and the output pressure of the electronic proportional pressure reducing valve exceeds a reference value for judging normality by outputting the control signal and comparing the reference pressure, calculated by inputting the control signal to the input current-output pressure map, with the output pressure of the electronic proportional pressure reducing valve.
본 발명은 전자비례감압밸브의 진단 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 전자비례감압밸브 진단 장치는 유압 펌프의 사판의 경전각을 조정하기 위한 레귤레이터, 파일럿유를 토출하는 파일럿 펌프, 제어 신호에 의해 작동되어 상기 파일럿 펌프로부터 토출되는 파일럿유를 감압하여 출력하는 전자비례감압밸브, 상기 전자비례감압밸브의 출력 압력을 감지하기 위한 압력센서, 상기 전자비례감압밸브의 입력전류-출력압력 맵을 저장하는 메모리, 및 상기 제어 신호를 출력하고, 상기 제어 신호를 상기 입력전류-출력압력 맵에 대입하여 산출되는 기준 압력과 상기 전자비례감압밸브의 출력 압력을 비교하여, 상기 기준 압력과 상기 전자비례감압밸브의 출력 압력의 차이의 절대값이 정상판단 기준값을 초과하는 경우에는 전자비례감압밸브의 이상 또는 고장으로 판단하는 제어부를 포함한다.
