The present invention provides a sandwich panel and a sandwich panel structure formed by welding a plurality of the sandwich panels, each sandwich panel comprising: a flocking core layer; and skin layers laminated on both surfaces of the flocking core layer, respectively, wherein the sandwich panel comprises at least one contact portion, at which the two skin layers abut each other. In addition, the present invention provides a method for fabricating a sandwich panel, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a sandwich panel comprising a flocking core layer and skin layers laminated on both surfaces of the flocking core layer, respectively; and applying heat and pressure to at least one surface of the skin layers, thereby forming at least one contact portion.
본 발명은 플로킹(flocking) 코어층; 및 상기 플로킹 코어층의 양면에 적층된 스킨층을 포함하고, 양 스킨층이 맞닿은 적어도 하나의 접촉부를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널 및 상기 샌드위치 패널의 복수개가 용접되어 형성된 샌드위치 패널 구조체를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 플로킹(flocking) 코어층; 및 상기 플로킹 코어층의 양면에 적층된 스킨층을 포함하는 샌드위치 패널을 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 스킨층의 적어도 일면에 열과 압력을 가하여 적어도 하나의 접촉부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법을 제공한다.
