The present invention provides a functional safety panel for interior and exterior materials of a building and a manufacturing method for the same, capable of improving fire resistance and facilitating construction of a functional panel for construction such as an imitation marble panel mainly used as the interior and exterior materials of the building. The functional safety panel for interior and exterior materials of a building includes: a frame unit forming a frame of a predetermined space; a filler formed of a material providing flame retarding performance or thermal insulation performance and filled in the frame unit; and upper and lower plates vertically mounted by an adhesive while the filler is filled in the frame unit. One among an insertion end unit integrally extended and protruding from the frame unit to be connected to the adjacent panel and a concave groove unit formed to be concave in order for the insertion end unit to be inserted therein is formed on the side of the frame unit in the longitudinal direction of the frame unit.
본 발명은 건축의 내외장재로 주로 이용되는 인조대리석 패널과 같은 건축용 기능성 패널의 시공을 용이하게 하고 내화성을 향상할 수 있는 기능성 안전 건축 내외장재 패널 및 그의 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 일정공간의 틀을 형성하도록 이루어진 프레임부; 상기 프레임부의 내부에 충전되며 적어도 난연 또는 단열 성능을 갖는 재질의 채움재; 및 상기 프레임부 내에 상기 채움재가 충전된 상태에서 상하로 접착제를 통해 장착되는 상·하판을 포함하고, 상기 프레임부의 측면에는 인접 패널과의 결합을 위해 상기 프레임부에서 일체로 연장 돌출된 삽입단부 및 상기 삽입단부가 삽입되도록 오목하게 형성된 요홈부 중 어느 하나가 상기 프레임부의 길이방향을 따라 일정길이만큼 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
