The present invention relates to an automatic window capable of automatically opening and closing a window. The automatic window closing device for opening and closing a window comprises: a housing; a chain which is arranged to be able to move the window between an opening position where the window is opened and a closing position where the window is closed; and a control unit which includes a driving unit of providing driving force for the chain and an electronic component of controlling the operation of the driving unit and controlling a sensor for sensing the operation of the chain. The present invention judges that an object including a hand of a person is inserted between a window and a window frame when the control unit senses a voltage equal to or more than a set degree or a current equal to or more than a set degree in a process in which the control unit operates the driving unit when the chain closes the window. The control unit repeats reverse rotations of rotating the chain to the opening position and normal rotations of rotating the chain to the closing position as many as the set number of rotations. The present invention is able to: release a closed state when an object such as a hand or article of a person is inserted into a space between a window and a window frame in the closing process of the automatic closing device; and stably protect electronic components in the control unit while the automatic closing device maintains a closed state when an object is inserted into a space between the window and the window frame.
본 발명은 창문을 개폐하는 자동 창문 에 있어서, 창문을 개폐하는 자동 창문 개폐장치에 있어서, 하우징과; 창문이 개방되는 개방위치와 창문이 폐쇄되는 폐쇄위치 사이로 창문을 이동가능하게 마련된 체인과; 상기 체인에 구동력을 제공하는 구동부와 상기 구동부의 작동을 제어하고 상기 체인의 작동을 감지하는 센서를 제어하는 전자부품을 포함하는 제어부와; 상기 체인이 창문을 닫는 과정에서 상기 제어부가 상기 구동부를 작동하는 과정에서 상기 제어부에서 설정 전압 이상 또는 설정 전류 이상을 감지하는 경우 창문과 창문틀 사이에 사람의 손을 포함하는 대상물이 끼인 것으로 판단하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 체인을 상기 개방위치로 회전시키는 역회전과 상기 폐쇄위치로 회전시키는 정회전을 설정 회수만큼 반복하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에, 자동 폐쇄 장치가 폐쇄되는 과정에서 창문과 창문틀 사이에 사람의 손이나 물건 등의 대상물이 끼인 경우 이를 해제할 수 있으며, 창문과 창문틀 사이에 대상물이 끼인 상태에서 자동 폐쇄 장치가 폐쇄된 상태를 유지하는 경우 제어부 내부의 전자부품을 안정적으로 보호할 수 있다.
