AEROGEL CONTAINING COMPOSITION AND THERMAL INSULATION BLANKET PREPARED BY USING THE SAME
Provided in the present invention are an aerogel-containing composition, and a thermal insulation blanket manufactured by using the same. The aerogel-containing composition comprises aerogel, a water-soluble binder, a foaming agent, and a mixture of water and a polar organic solvent as a solvent. The aerogel-containing composition can manufacture a thermal insulation blanket having low thermal conductivity and the flexibility with the low density, without the concerns with respect to the elimination of the aerogel and the shrinkage of a substrate for the blanket during a drying process, when the aerogel is evenly dispersed inside the composition during the manufacture of the blanket.
본 발명에서는 에어로겔, 수용성 바인더, 발포제 그리고, 물과 극성 유기용매와의 혼합물을 용매로서 포함하는 에어로겔 함유 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조한 단열 블랑켓을 제공한다. 상기 에어로겔 함유 조성물은 조성물내 에어로겔이 균일 분산되어 블랑켓의 제조시, 건조공정 동안에 블랑켓용 기재의 수축 및 에어로겔의 탈리에 대한 우려없이 낮은 열전도도 및 저밀도의 유연성을 갖는 단열 블랑켓을 제조할 수 있다.
