One-touch style pop-up valve for washbasins
The present invention relates to a one-touch type pop-up opening and closing valve for a washbasin, which comprises: an elevation body (10) which has a cap for closing a drainage pipe (60) and is installed with a coil spring (105) to have elasticity; a valve body (20) which is joined to the elevation body (10) to elevate the elevation body (10) in a one-touch pop-up manner; a body cover (30) which is installed on the outside of the valve body (20) and covers the valve body (20); a joining body (40) which has a filter (401) and is joined to a lower end portion of the valve body (20); and an insert (50) which has a connection link (503) and thus is joined to the joining body (40) to be able to be disassembled and assembled. The one-touch type pop-up opening and closing valve for a washbasin is installed, disassembled, and assembled in a rapid and easy manner and thus can be cleaned in an easy manner to remove impurities such as hair. Therefore, the one-touch type pop-up opening and closing valve for a washbasin can be hygienically used. The one-touch type pop-up opening and closing valve for a washbasin can ensure reliability of one-touch pop-up operation by preventing impurities from entering the valve body.
본 발명은 세면대용 원터치식 팝업 개폐 밸브에 관한 것으로서, 배수관(60)을 막는 캡(101)을 구비하여 코일스프링(105)으로 탄설되는 승강체(10)와, 상기 승강체(10)와 결합하여 승강체(10)가 원터치 팝업방식으로 승강되게 하는 밸브보디(20)와, 상기 밸브보디(20)의 외부에 설치하여 밸브보디(20)를 감싸는 보디커버(30)와, 필터(401)를 구비하여 상기 밸브보디(20)의 하단부에 결합하는 결합체(40)와, 연결링크(503)를 구비하여 상기 결합체(40)와 분해 조립 가능케 결합하는 인서트(50)를 포함하여 구성함으로써 설치 및 분해, 조립이 신속하고 간편하게 이루어짐으로써 머리카락 등 이물질 제거를 위한 청소가 용이하여 위생적으로 사용할 수 있으며, 밸브보디로 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지함으로써 원터치 팝업 작동의 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
