PIPE CONNECTOR FOR MANHOLE AND METHOD OF INSTALLING THE SAME IN THE MANHOLE
According to the present invention, a pipeline part for a manhole comprises a hollow cylindrical housing. The housing comprises a manhole connection unit disposed on one end thereof and inserted into a manhole hole, and a pipe connection unit disposed on the other end thereof, to which a corrugated pipe is inserted and connected. The manhole connection unit comprises a flange seated and supported in the manhole hole on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and a first packing ring tightly attached to the manhole hole. The pipe connection unit comprises an inner rim formed on an inner circumferential surface of one end thereof adjacent to the manhole connection unit to allow a front end of the corrugated pipe inserted into the pipe connection unit to be seated and accommodated, and a mounting unit formed on an end thereof to fix the inserted corrugated pipe. The mounting unit comprises a mounting hole for a wedge formed on an outer circumference of an end of the pipe connection unit, and a wedge fixed in the mounting hole.
본 발명에 따른 맨홀용 관로구는 원통형 중공 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 하우징은 일단에 맨홀 구멍에 삽입되는 맨홀 연결부와 타단에 파형관이 삽입 연결되는 배관 연결부를 구비하고, 상기 맨홀 연결부는, 외주면 상에, 맨홀 구멍에 안착 지지되는 플랜지와 맨홀 구멍에 밀착되는 제1 패킹 링을 구비하고, 상기 배관 연결부는 상기 배관 연결부에 삽입된 파형관의 선단이 안착 수용되도록 상기 맨홀 연결부와 인접한 일단의 내주면에 형성된 내주 림과 상기 삽입된 파형관을 고정하도록 말단에 형성된 체결부를 포함하며, 상기 체결부는 상기 배관 연결부의 말단 외주에 형성된 쐐기용 체결공과 상기 체결공에 고정되는 쐐기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
