Duplex Structure for Apartment Buildings
The present invention relates to a duplex structure for an apartment building and, more specifically, to a duplex structure for an apartment building having corridors in a duplex structure located on the center of households separated by a user floor and a maintenance floor, to facilitate the maintenance of the building and solve a noise problem between neighbors. The duplex structure for an apartment building having a plurality of unit households comprises: a duplex structure with unit households of a first household and a second household stacked in a vertical direction; an inner staircase provided on one side of the first household to walk up to the second household, and having a stair landing in a center portion; and a household exclusive corridor provided on an outer side of the unit household to enter and exit each unit household, formed at the same height as the stair landing. Main doors of each unit household are provided to be connected to the exclusive corridor of the respective household on one side of the stair landing.
본 발명은 복층구조로 이루어진 공동주택에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 사용자가 이용하는 출입 복도가 복층구조로 구성된 세대의 중간에 위치하도록 하고 세대층과 유지관리층을 분리함으로써 이웃 세대 간 층간소음 문제를 해소하면서도 건물의 유지관리가 용이한 복층구조 공동주택에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 복층구조 공동주택은 복수의 유닛세대가 구비되는 공동주택에서, 상기 유닛세대는 상하로 적층되는 세대 1층 및 세대 2층의 복층으로 구성되고, 상기 세대 1층 일측에는 세대 2층으로 올라가기 위한 것으로 중간에 계단참이 형성된 내부계단이 구비되되, 각 유닛세대로 출입하기 위해 유닛세대 외측에 구비되는 세대 전용 복도는 상기 계단참 높이와 동일하게 구성되고, 상기 유닛세대의 현관은 계단참의 일측에 상기 세대 전용 복도와 연통되게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
