Sandwich panel facilitating construction and dismantlement
An objective of the present invention is to provide a sandwich panel which facilitates assembly and dismantlement of panels, and does not cause a water leak problem or a corrosion problem. According to the present invention, the sandwich panel facilitating assembly and dismantlement comprises: a flat core; an outward metal plate mounted on a surface of one side of the core; and an inward metal plate mounted on a surface of the other side of the core to face the outward metal plate. Specifically, a first joint unit and a second joint unit are mounted by rotation and insertion and formed on ends of both sides on a side on which the outward metal plate is mounted. When connecting and constructing a plurality of the sandwich panels, the panel can be completely assembled simply by rotating and inserting the first joint unit of any one panel among two adjacent panels into the second joint unit of the other panel.
본 발명은 패널끼리의 조립과 해체가 용이하고, 또한, 누수 문제나 부식 문제가 생기지 않는 샌드위치 패널을 제공하는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따른 조립 및 해체가 용이한 샌드위치 패널은, 판상의 심재와, 심재의 일측 표면에 결합시키는 외향 금속판과, 외향 금속판과 대향하도록 심재의 타측 표면에 결합시키는 내향 금속판으로 이루어져 있는데, 특히, 외향 금속판이 결합해 있는 쪽의 양측 단부에는 돌려 끼우기 방식으로 결합되는 제 1 조인트부와 제 2 조인트부가 형성되어 있어, 다수의 샌드위치 패널을 연결시공할 때, 인접하여 배치되는 두 패널 중 어느 한 패널의 제 1 조인트부를 다른 패널의 제 2 조인트부에 돌려 끼우는 것만으로 패널끼리의 조립이 완결될 수 있다.
