Eco-Friendly Roadside tree shroud with improved Strength and Construction method thereof
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly roadside tree protection plate having improved strength and a construction method thereof. The eco-friendly roadside tree protection plate comprises: a surface layer facilitating permeation of rainwater; a core layer storing rainwater and supplying nutritive components; and a base layer supporting the ground, wherein the surface layer comprises 65 to 75 wt% of bean-size gravel and 25 to 35 wt% of an adhesive composition, the core layer comprises 35 to 45 wt% of gravel, 35 to 45 wt% of mixed soil, and 15 to 25 wt% of a solid solidification agent, and the base layer comprises 65 to 75 wt% of natural soil and 25 to 35 wt% of inorganic-extracted water. According to the present invention, strength of the plate is improved by applying a novel adhesive composition such that corners of the eco-friendly roadside tree protection plate are not broken, and permeability is improved.
본 발명은 강도가 향상된 친환경 가로수 보호판 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 빗물의 투수를 용이하게 해주는 표면층; 빗물을 보관하며 영양성분을 공급하는 중심층; 접착층; 및 지반을 받쳐주는 기반층; 을 포함하되, 상기 표면층은 콩자갈 65~75중량% 및 접착제 조성물 25~35중량%를 포함하며, 상기 중심층은 자갈 35~45중량%, 혼합토 35~45중량% 및 고상 고화제 15~25중량%를 포함하며, 상기 기반층은 자연토 65~75중량% 및 무기질 추출수 25~35중량%를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 새로운 접착제 조성물을 적용하므로 인해 강도를 보강하여 친환경 가로수 보호판의 모서리가 깨어지지 않으며, 투수율이 향상된 장점이 있다.
