Polyurethane Wateproofing method using inorganic reinforced mortar floor
The present invention relates to a urethane waterproofing method using inorganic floor reinforcement. Existing inorganic floor reinforcing mortar for reinforcing a poor floor before rooftop and floor waterproofing contains a mixture component consisting of 40 to 45 wt% of slag cement, 1 to 1.5 wt% of natural high early strength prompt cement, 0.5 to 1 wt% of defoamer, 1 to 2 wt% of plasticizer, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of M.C, 3 to 5 wt% of powder resin, 3 to 4 wt% of calcium carbonate, 35 to 40 wt% of silica, and 0.5 to 1 wt% of fiber reinforcing agent. When the floor reinforcing mortar is used, humidity and birdcaging, which are problems associated with urethane waterproofing according to the related art, can be prevented. Accordingly, waterproofing can be performed without a defect, an extended building service life can be achieved, and economic advantages can be obtained based on reduced construction costs.
본 발명은 무기질 바닥보강을 이용한 우레탄 방수공법에 관한 것이다 기존옥상 및 바닥 방수공사를 하기전 부실 바닥을 보강시키는 무기질 몰탈의 성분으로는 슬래그시멘트 40-45중량% 천연조강프롬시멘트 1-1.5중량% 소포제 0.5-1중량% 유동화제 1-2중량% M.C 0.1-0.5중량% 분말수지3-5중량% 칼슘카보나이트 3-4중량% 규사 35-40중량% 섬유보강제 0.5-1중량% 로 구성된 혼합물로 된 무기질 바닥 보강 몰탈이다 바닥 보강 몰탈을 이용하여 그동안 우레탄 방수의 가장 문제점 이였던 습기차단과 들뜸 현상 방지로 방수공사의 하자를 방지하여 건축물의 수명연장 과 시공비 절감으로 경제적인 이득을 낼수 있다
