The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a bulletproof wall using an aramid composite, a bulletproof wall manufactured thereby, and a construction method of a bulletproof structure using the same. The manufacturing method of a bulletproof wall using an aramid composite comprises: preparing a composite; preparing an outer layer material of a skin sheet by stacking a colored film on one side or both sides of the prepared composite; preparing an intermediate layer material made of an aramid composite; manufacturing a bulletproof panel by bonding the prepared intermediate layer material made of the aramid composite to the outer layer material; and forming a reinforcement layer on the bulletproof panel, thereby improving the bulletproof performance of the bulletproof wall.
본 발명은 아라미드 복합소재를 이용한 방탄 벽체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조되는 방탄 벽체 및 상기 방탄 벽체를 이용한 방탄 건축 구조물의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 열경화성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지와 보강재 수지를 이용하여 복합소재를 제조하고 이렇게 제조된 복합소재 시트의 일측 또는 양측에 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 등의 고분자 수지로 이루어진 유색 필름을 적층하여 스킨 시트의 외층 소재를 제조하고, 아라미드 복합소재를 좌우상하로 적층하되 복수층으로 교호 적층하여 접합하고 접합부위에 아라미드 복합소재로 형성된 아라미드 접합 부재를 이용하여 상호 결속시키는 방법에 의해 아라미드 복합소재 중간층 소재를 제조한 후 이들을 상기 유색 필름이 부착된 방향이 전면으로 배치되도록 하여 접합시킴에 의해 방탄 패널을 제조하고 여기에 다시 허니콤 구조의 강화 플라스틱 보강재, 발포수지 단열재, 시멘트 구조재 등으로 이루어진 보강층을 형성하여 방탄 벽체를 제조하는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 아라미드 복합소재를 이용한 방탄 벽체는 강판이나 무기 섬유로 이루어진 패널을 사용하는 것이 아니라 아라미드 복합소재를 주요 소재로 사용하므로 중량이 가벼워 취급 및 운반이 용이하고 방탄 성능도 우수하며, 소형 패널을 상호 접합하여 방탄 패널을 제조하는 경우 총탄이나 포탄이 상기 패널의 접합 부위에 타격을 가할 경우에도 패널이 파괴되지 않고 이에 따라 아라미드 복합소재의 특성이 그대로 발휘될 수 있어 방탄 성능이 매우 우수하다. 또한, 군용 막사의 벽체나 지붕 등에 부착하여 실외에서 사용할 경우에도 자외선에 의해 쉽게 변색이 이루어지지 않으며, 군사용 건축물에서 위장을 위하여 도색을 해야 할 경우 원하는 도색이 용이하게 이루어지는 장점도 있고, 그 자체로 군사용 건축 구조물의 구조재로 사용될 수 있으므로 시공이 간편하며 취급, 운반, 조작의 편의성도 우수한 장점이 있다.
