SOIL NAILING APPARATUS AND SOIL NAILING METHOD USING THAT
The present invention relates to a soil nailing apparatus including: a boring member comprising a boring part and a flattening part to construct a first boring hole to inject a permeation material into the ground; a support panel which has a passing hole part formed to be passed by a boring machine to process a first boring hole while injecting the permeation material into the first boring hole constructed by the boring member, and hardening the permeation material, and being combined to the hardened permeation material and supporting the first boring hole; and a lid panel where a through-hole part, an injection hole part and an exhaust hole part are formed. The through-hole part is combined to the passing hole part detachably, and is passed by a deformed bar. The injection hole part is passed by an injection pipe supplying a grouting material. The exhaust hole part exhausts air discharged from a second boring hole when the grouting material is injected. The soil nailing apparatus comprises a sealing part preventing loss of the grouting material at an entrance part of the boring hole, and can perform a pressurizing nailing method easily, and can change the angle of inclination of the boring hole.
본 발명은, 지반에 침투재를 주입하기 위한 제1천공홀을 시공하도록 천공부 및 평탄부를 구비하는 천공부재; 상기 천공부재에 의해 시공되는 제1천공홀에 침투재를 주입하여 경화시키고 경화된 침투재에 결합되며 상기 제1천공홀을 지지하며 제1천공홀을 가공하기 위한 천공장치가 통과되는 통과홀부가 형성되는 지지패널; 및 상기 통과홀부에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고 이형철근이 통과되는 관통홀부, 그라우트재를 공급하는 주입관이 통과되는 주입홀부 및 그라우트재가 주입될 때에 상기 제2천공홀부터 배출되는 공기를 배기되는 배기홀부가 형성되는 마개패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
