The present invention relates to a complex Hauyne-based cement composition containing calcium aluminate using waste aluminum dust; and to a manufacturing method thereof. The complex Hauyne-based cement composition containing calcium aluminate using waste aluminum dust can be used as a raw material which is used with a cement material and a geopolymer such as blast furnace slag, fly ash, or metakaolin, and which can exhibit high early strength properties. According to the present invention, the complex Hauyne-based cement composition containing calcium aluminate using waste aluminum dust can be used as a raw material which is used with a cement material and a geopolymer such as blast furnace slag, fly ash, or metakaolin, and which can exhibit high early strength properties; or can be used as a solidifying material for sewage sludge with high water content. Especially, the complex Hauyne-based cement composition containing calcium aluminate using waste aluminum dust is mixed with cement and exhibits excellent high early strength properties. Accordingly, the complex Hauyne-based cement composition containing calcium aluminate using waste aluminum dust can exhibit anti-freezing properties, reduce working time, etc. during a cement and concrete material construction process in winter. Therefore, the complex Hauyne-based cement composition containing calcium aluminate using waste aluminum dust is used as a construction material in winter in the fields of civil engineering and construction, and thus can reduce a construction period. Furthermore, the complex Hauyne-based cement composition containing calcium aluminate using waste aluminum dust is excellently effective in immobilizing and stabilizing sludge with high water content.
본 발명은 시멘트 재료와 지오폴리머인 고로슬래그, 플라이 애쉬 또는 메타 카올린과 함께 사용되어 조강성의 특징을 발현할 수 있는 원료로 사용될 수 있는 폐알루미늄 분진을 이용한 칼슘알루미네이트가 함유된 복합 아우인(Hauyne)계 시멘트 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 조강성의 특징으로 시멘트 재료와 지오폴리머인 고로슬래그, 플라이 애쉬 또는 메타 카올린과 함께 사용되어 조강성의 특징을 발현할 수 있는 원료 또는 함수율이 높은 고함수 하수 슬러지의 고화재료로 사용될 수 있으며, 특히 시멘트에 혼합 사용되어 우수한 조강특성을 나타냄으로서 동절기 시멘트 및 콘크리트 재료 시공시 동결 방지 및 작업 마감 시간의 조기 단축 등의 특성을 구현할 수 있기 때문에, 이러한 특성을 이용하여 토목, 건축 부문에서의 동절기 공사용 재료로 사용되어 공사기간 단축 효과를 발휘할 수 있으며, 또한 고함수 슬러지의 고정화 및 안정화에 대한 탁월한 효과가 있다.
