GIRDER SUPPORT BLOCK OF A BRIDGE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING GIRDER USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a girder support block of a bridge and a method for installing a girder of a bridge by using the same. The method comprises: a step of installing bridge supports on upper surfaces of abutments; a step of putting girder support blocks having an insertion space on the bridge supports; a step of mounting one end of girders in the girder support block to be positioned in the insertion space of the girder support blocks; and a step of pouring concrete into the insertion space of the girder support blocks, and a step of pouring concrete into the insertion space of the girder support blocks. According to the present invention, a girder installation work of girders installed on a bridge base and a pier is safely and rapidly performed, and the number of bridge bases (bearings) provided at the upper portions of the bridge base and pier is reduced by a half to achieve easy maintenance.
본 발명은 교량의 거더지지블록 및 그것을 이용한 교량의 거더거치방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 교대 상면에 교량받침들을 설치하는 단계; 상기 교량받침들 위에 삽입공간이 구비된 거더지지블록을 올려놓는 단계; 상기 거더지지블록의 삽입공간에 위치하도록 거더들의 한쪽 단부를 상기 거더지지블록에 거치하는 단계; 및 상기 거더지지블록의 삽입공간에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 교대 및 교각에 거치되는 거더의 거치 작업을 안전하고 빠르게 하며, 또한 교대 및 교각의 상부에 구비되는 교량받침(베어링)들의 개수를 절반으로 감소시켜 유비 보수가 수월하게 된다.
